Over ten years of experience within the field of Quality Assurance as Test Engineer & Manager.

I have 6 years management experience setting up QA departments and resolving productivity issues in existing QA teams.

I have recruited and trained teams of 15 test engineers, setup test environments (QA lab), selected and implemented bug tracking systems and written and implemented comprehensive test documentation (STD, STP, STR). In each management position I have always functioned both as manager and hands-on (testing the product myself).
