Tomer is now entering the position of the NRCN's CKO. just finished a KM school in Italy (an excellent one).
For six years he was the head of the planning and control department at Nuclear Research Negev Center (NRCN), ISRAEL.
Tomer completed his Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) in 1999, specializing in project risk management with Markov chains.
Tomer is also a Jonah Program® graduate and a PMP.
Tomer has worked at NRCN for the last ten years and has been supporting the implementation of PM methods and tools at the NRCN since 2001.
Tomer is now the editor of the PMI ISRAEL Newsletter.
