Cleaned (edited) and coded upwards of 100 interview transcripts and helped draft a codebook for two separate research projects.
Had a poster accepted to an academic conference (March 2010) for which I took the lead role, further developing ideas raised in analysis of interview data.
Wrote numerous drafts of both the codebook and outlines for forthcoming academic papers. My attention to detail and succinct writing skills have been honed as a result.

Have gained a level of mastery of the database, Fundraising 100 by Sage Software, used to run the annual Federation multi-million dollar fundraising campaign. At various times during my employment, I have had contact with donors, by telephone and in person, and received positive feedback in my interactions both with donors and staff. Effectively acted as database administrator in Summer 2008 and handled all technical aspects the organization deals with on a day-to-day basis.
