As an employee at P.Z. Projects I am working as an Implementation Team Leader, Project Consultant and Instructor for several companies such as:

Applied Materials, HP Indigo, 888 Holdings, PMC-Sierra, Goji Ltd, Omrix Pharmaceuticals LTD and Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd.

My work consists of:

* Introducing and training best practice methodology (Microsoft EPM)
* Provide primary interface with customer/client regarding initiation, application, progress and results of the project
* Ensure technical and administrative business needs to meet implementation and ongoing requirements.
* Fulfill ongoing colleague communication and technical leadership required of project.
* Facilitate necessary documentation and assessment of assigned project and program to produce required audit trails, procedures, policies, and best practices for upgrading ongoing activities.
* Establish and implement enterprise-wide projects regarding major business systems and initiatives in support of short- and long-term client and service delivery standards.
* Ensure all configurations are built to comply with Technical Design Authority
templates and internal standard requirements.

* Creating and innovating new KPI and BI reports
* Coordinating between PM and Development

In my Line of work, I had also been a part of presale, characterization and integration of project management methodology based on MS Project 2007. After completing the process, I passed the work of the PMO to another employee of the company and continued as a permanent PMO at Nova, working with MS Project 2010 Server.

As a Laboratory Assistant, I assist students with problems they encountered during the laboratory work, and writing the final projects and assignments for students, in the laboratory course of "Computerized Production Systems" at Afeka College.

Industrial Engineering and management in the Product Division (Software NPI) as an intern. In my line of work i was constructing the Company's Software engineering infrastructure, issuing permits and licenses software and third-party company according to BOM and products layout, understanding of company processes, identifying problems and finding solutions to engineering. I've continued my work doing Q.C. for other employees, while a comprehensive view of all the work flow, implementing the necessary changes, whether requested by the client, or as a result of human error, A link between the relevant factors, and performing the technical side of the change.
