Upgrade Engineering Develop environment – Implemented new
technologies: Severs, Storage and Network. Driven for better performance and stability.

* Network – Modified site WAN design. Established MPLS failover architecture, added proxy appliances (Riverbed), added SSL VPN solution (Juniper). Improve redundancy by eliminating single point of failure.
* BCP/DR solution – Initiate and design comprehensive Disaster Recovery solution for Israel site.
* VMware Virtualization - Transferred over 40 applicable physical servers to a virtual environment.
* Operation system - upgrade ~800 PC's from XP to Windows 7
* IT warehouse – Established inventory software with dynamic capability to track software and hardware modification.

Implement Help Desk application (Service Now) to accommodate with the Head-count growth and to improve IT customer service. Service Now provides the ability to priorities incidents, to generate real-time reports and to provide the users an up to date status in any given time.
